Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the below conditions must be fulfilled:
- Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt. For international orders, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receipt.
- Merchandise must be in original condition without any signs of wear & tear including scratches.
- Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging only. Any mismatch to the receipt may result in a partial or rejected refund & exchange.
- Kindly email email@example.com to request for return note.
Original receipt and return note (filled up accordingly) must be included in the parcel for the exchange/refund to be processed.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or wrongly mailed to you. Exchange is strictly for the same frame only. If you need to exchange it for a different item, do attach your return note with the relevant information filled up together with your receipt when you send it back to us. Once we received it, we will inspect the possibility of exchange and notify you on the approval or rejection of your exchange within 3 working days.
Defects on lenses’ coating are warrantied for 1 year from the date of receipt and you may send your glasses back to us for a replacement for the same type of lens. Standard processing time applies and is subject to change based on the availability of your lens. You may opt to upgrade your lens at a 15% discount. If you wish to opt for the upgrade, kindly write to us beforehand at firstname.lastname@example.org. Note that normal wear and tear to the frames, lenses and coating are not covered under this warranty.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it is approved, your refund will be processed within 3 working days and will be reflected in your payment bank/card account. The original shipping charges will be excluded as it is non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund in in your payment account within 3 working days, kindly contact us at email@example.com and we will revert within 24 hours.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Kindly note the below:
- Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost if the return is due to customer’s change of mind.
- If the return is due to defective/incorrect item delivered, we will refund the shipping to your bank account.
- Customer holds full responsibility until the parcel reaches us. Watch Out will not be responsible for any damage incurred during return process.
- Using a trackable shipping service is highly encouraged in order to ensure safe and secure delivery of the parcel back to us as we will not be responsible for loss of parcel during delivery.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Nonetheless, you will still receive shipping updates from us once it has been released for delivery.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
